Current Status

This draft refund policy covers Kalaap as the public studio/service brand operated by the responsible entity identified above. The current website does not process payments, orders, taxes, shipping, fulfillment, subscriptions, or refunds. Any visible merch or Shopify areas are static placeholders.

Future Merchandise

If physical merchandise is sold later through Shopify or another commerce provider, refund, exchange, shipping, damaged-item, and cancellation terms must be finalized before accepting paid orders.
