Synopsis
When a classified listening station receives Signal-9, every replay reveals a new detail from a future disaster. The team has one night to decide whether the warning is a rescue, a trap, or proof that the transmission is already inside the room.
Signal-9 is built around a single impossible event: a message received before its sender has decided to speak. The film follows a small team inside a sealed archive facility as protocol, fear, and intuition begin to contradict each other.
The story is written and directed as an original short. AI-assisted animation is used as a production method for atmosphere, motion, and visual continuity, while the structure, world logic, and character decisions remain human-led.
Originality Statement
Every film begins with human writing, story structure, and creative direction. AI is used as an animation and production tool, not as a replacement for original storytelling.
